OUR 2-YEAR MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

All ARNHEM products come with an above industry standard 2-year limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This includes issues such as:

  • Faulty material
  • Water leaks
  • Faulty zips or fittings
  • Faulty stitching
  • De-lamination

If a product is found to have a genuine manufacturing or material fault, ARNHEM will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

What’s Not Covered

The manufacturer’s warranty is limited strictly to manufacturing or material defects. It does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Condensation
  • Damage from falling objects
  • Burn holes or heat damage
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Damage caused by animals, insects, or children
  • Dragging, improper handling, or incorrect setup

Making a Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact us through our Contact Form with proof of purchase, product details, and a description of the issue.

Photos or videos are helpful for assessment.

RETURNS POLICY

At ARNHEM, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please contact us as we assess each case individually and will do whatever possible to rectify the issue.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase
    Please note: ARNHEM Adventure Gear will not be held liable for shipping expenses incurred when returning a product.

Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If there’s a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.

If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you via SMS or email.

Roof Top Tents & Large Items

Prices for roof top tents and other oversized items include collection from our warehouse in Winnellie, Northern Territory.

If delivery is required, shipping will be quoted separately and can be arranged via email.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

Please note that our freight partners do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Ensure that you provide a physical or residential address for delivery when placing your order.
