Australia-Wide Shipping
We ship to all states and territories across Australia, including metro and regional areas. Remote locations are welcome – we're experienced in getting touring gear to the outback.
Fast Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Darwin.
Delivery Timeframes
Metro areas: 3-5 business days
Regional areas: 5-7 business days
Remote locations: 7-14 business days

What's Covered
All manufacturing defects and workmanship issues are covered for 2 years from the date of purchase. This includes stitching failures, material defects, and component malfunctions under normal use.

Making a Claim

Returns & Exchanges
How to Return an Item
Contact our customer service team within the return window to initiate your return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions. Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund or exchange promptly.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase or order number required
- Item must not show signs of installation or modification
- Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return
Return Timeframes
Standard items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For large touring products and specialized equipment, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss return options.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Large Touring Products
Due to the size and specialized nature of our touring equipment, returns may be subject to restocking fees and freight charges.
